LinkJolt tracks conversions from Stripe, Paddle, Polar, Lemon Squeezy, Gumroad, GoPay, Apple In-App Purchases, and WooCommerce. You keep your own processor account and LinkJolt records sales through its webhooks.
LinkJolt records conversions by listening to your payment processor's webhooks, so you keep the account you already use. Supported processors include:
Stripe gives you two routes and you only need one. Under Integrations, on the Stripe Checkout tab, you can approve LinkJolt once on Stripe's own site, which leaves no endpoint to create and no signing secret to paste, or you can set it up yourself by copying the endpoint URL and the signing secret between the two dashboards.
Polar takes one approval too, on Polar's own site, from the Polar tab under Integrations. LinkJolt then creates its own webhook in your Polar organization, so there is nothing to copy.
Every other platform takes a LinkJolt URL you paste into its own settings. A WooCommerce store pastes that URL into Stripe, since the sale runs through your Stripe account, and Apple takes the server notification URLs you paste into App Store Connect.
When a sale completes, the webhook tells LinkJolt the amount and either the affiliate reference the checkout carried or the discount code the customer used, and LinkJolt attributes it to the right affiliate.
If you sell through a platform not listed here, you can record conversions yourself with the Developer API, though writing them needs the Ultimate or Scale plan. On any plan you can also enter a sale by hand with "Add commission" on the Commissions page.

Two routes, and you only need one: approve LinkJolt once on Stripe's own site, which creates no webhook endpoint and no signing secret, or add the LinkJolt webhook endpoint in Stripe yourself and save the signing secret. Both live on Step 3 of the Stripe Checkout tab in Integration Hub.
Does LinkJolt have an MCP server?
Yes, a hosted one at https://www.linkjolt.io/api/mcp. Chat apps like claude.ai and ChatGPT connect with one-click OAuth; developer tools like Claude Code and Cursor pass an API key header; stdio-only clients can use the npm package.
Stripe for tracking and Stripe for payouts are two different things
Connecting Stripe so LinkJolt can see your sales and enabling Stripe payouts so affiliates get paid are two separate setups on two different screens. Doing one does not do the other, and each can be finished while the other is untouched.
How do I set up affiliate tracking with Stripe?
Add your LinkJolt webhook endpoint in Stripe and save the signing secret, then add the tracking script and pass the referral to your checkout. LinkJolt then records each Stripe sale and attributes it to the referring affiliate.
