Cancel from Settings, then the Billing tab, and confirm in the Stripe billing portal that opens at the end of the flow, because closing it early leaves the subscription live. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and your campaigns are paused at that point rather than deleted.
Cancel from Settings, then the Billing tab. The cancellation itself is confirmed in the Stripe billing portal that opens at the end of the flow, and it takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, not the moment you start.
If you close that portal before confirming, nothing is cancelled and your card is charged again on the renewal date. Deleting your campaigns, removing a brand, or simply not logging in does not cancel a subscription either.
Go back to Settings, Billing. A cancelled subscription shows a notice that it will cancel at the end of your current billing period, with the exact date, and the Change plan and Manage Subscription buttons are replaced by a Reactivate Subscription button. If you still see Change plan and Manage Subscription, the subscription is live and will renew.
At the end of the period you have already paid for: your next renewal date on monthly billing, the end of the current term on annual. Until then nothing changes and you are not charged again. Reactivate Subscription takes you back to the same portal any time before that date, and once the period has fully ended you resubscribe from the plan page instead. Cancel before your 3 day trial ends and you are not charged at all.
Once the paid period ends:
Pausing is not deleting. Campaigns, affiliates, conversions and click history stay in your account, and if you resubscribe, the campaigns that cancellation paused switch back on automatically. Campaigns you had paused yourself stay paused, and archived extra brands stay archived until you reactivate one from the Brands section in Billing, which starts billing for it again.
Approved commissions stay approved and unpaid. Queued automatic payouts are cancelled rather than sent, because automatic payouts through Stripe Connect are a Professional and Ultimate feature and the plan is rechecked at the moment a payout runs.
Pay what you owe, or download your data with Export on the Commissions page, before your paid period ends, because the dashboard locks after that. Pay affiliates, on the same page, also produces a downloadable payment file you can work from.
A downgrade keeps your account and your history. It applies immediately, with unused time on the higher plan credited against your next invoice. On Starter your campaigns leave the Discovery marketplace, automatic payouts and portal branding stop, and any extra brands are archived, which the answer on running multiple brands or affiliate programs from one account covers in more detail. Dropping below Ultimate also ends direct messaging with affiliates.
If a renewal payment fails you keep access for 7 days while the card is retried. If it is still unpaid after that, your campaigns are paused in the same way. A successful payment restores them automatically, so there is nothing to rebuild.
Your monthly tracked-sales limit and what happens when you hit it
It is not a revenue share. LinkJolt takes 0% of the sales your affiliates drive; the limit is how much affiliate-driven sales volume your plan tracks in a billing period ($5,000 Starter, $25,000 Professional, $50,000 Ultimate, no limit on Scale), and most sales past it are held rather than lost.
What is included in each plan?
Every plan includes link and coupon tracking, rule based fraud checks and 0% commission fees. Plans differ by monthly tracked-sales cap, staff seats and advanced features: Starter is $19.99, Professional $39.99, Ultimate $99 and Scale $249 a month.
Do you take a percentage of my affiliate sales?
No. LinkJolt charges a flat monthly subscription and takes 0 percent of your affiliate revenue. Sales settle to your own payment account, so there is no per-transaction cut.
What happens when I reach my plan's monthly tracked-revenue limit?
Each plan has a monthly tracked-sales cap. Once you reach it, new conversions stop counting toward commissions until the next month or until you upgrade. Existing data and payouts are unaffected.
