Why is my dashboard showing the wrong currency?

Each campaign keeps the currency it was created in, and your account currency is the default for new campaigns. Set your account currency in Settings; changing it affects new campaigns only, not existing ones.

LinkJolt shows each amount in its own currency rather than converting everything into one. If figures look wrong, it is usually because a campaign was created under a different currency than you expected.

How currency is decided

  • Your account currency (Settings, Account, Currency) is the default for any new campaign, and the fallback for amounts with no currency of their own.
  • Each campaign's currency is locked when the campaign is created. Changing your account currency later does not relabel existing campaigns.

To fix it

  1. Set your account currency in Settings to the one you actually charge in.
  2. New campaigns you create will use it.

Existing campaigns deliberately keep the currency they were created in, so a price you already set is never silently relabelled. If an older campaign shows the wrong currency, contact support and we can correct that campaign.

Related questions

Can I pay affiliates in their own currency?

Yes. LinkJolt tracks each campaign in the merchant's currency, and payouts can be made through Stripe Connect or CSV export so you can settle with affiliates in the currency that suits them.

Why is an affiliate conversion not showing up?

The usual causes are a missing or misconfigured payment webhook, the tracking script not installed, no tracking reference reaching checkout, or a rejected affiliate. Work through these in order to find the gap.

Do you take a percentage of my affiliate sales?

No. LinkJolt charges a flat monthly subscription and takes 0 percent of your affiliate revenue. Sales settle to your own payment account, so there is no per-transaction cut.

What happens when I reach my plan's monthly tracked-revenue limit?

Each plan has a monthly tracked-sales cap. Once you reach it, new conversions stop counting toward commissions until the next month or until you upgrade. Existing data and payouts are unaffected.
