Yes. Amounts are recorded in the currency of the sale. Stripe payouts cover commissions in GBP, US dollars or euros to affiliates in 34 countries, and CSV export covers every other currency and country.
Yes. LinkJolt supports merchants who sell and pay out in currencies other than USD.
Each conversion is recorded in the currency of the sale, and each campaign keeps the currency it was created in, so your dashboard shows the amounts you actually charged rather than a converted figure.
Your account currency lives in Settings, on the Account tab, under Currency and Commission. Changing it sets the currency for new campaigns only. Campaigns that already exist keep the currency they were created in.
You have two payout routes.
Stripe is the automated route. Funding comes from your own saved payment method: it is charged for the payout total plus a processing fee, and each affiliate's share is transferred out of that charge to the Stripe account the affiliate connected themselves. There is no Stripe account for you to connect in order to pay. You enable it once under Stripe payouts, on the Payouts page under Settings.
It works when both of these are true:
Nobody picks the payout currency on this route. The transfer goes out in the currency the commission was earned in, and Stripe converts it when it settles into the affiliate's account.
CSV export covers every other currency and country. From the Payouts page you download a file that lists each commission in the currency it was earned in, then send the payments yourself through PayPal, Wise, or a bank transfer. Nothing is marked paid until you come back and confirm you sent it.
If a commission falls outside the two limits above, your payment method is not charged, the commission stays approved, and you can settle it from the downloaded file instead.
LinkJolt does not perform currency conversion itself. Exchange handling is done by Stripe or by whatever method you use for the CSV based payout.
Connect Stripe so your commissions can be paid automatically
Connecting your own Stripe account in the affiliate portal is what lets a merchant's automated payout reach you. Your commissions are tracked and approved either way, but without a connected account the merchant pays you by hand through PayPal, Wise or a bank transfer instead.
Why is my commission still pending?
A commission stays pending until the merchant reviews and approves it, and merchants approve on their own schedule. LinkJolt has no setting and no timer that approves commissions automatically, so pending means the merchant has not actioned it yet.
Approving and rejecting commissions
Commissions are never approved for you. Every tracked sale arrives as Pending on the Commissions page, and you approve or reject it there, one row at a time or in bulk with the row checkboxes.
Which countries and currencies can automatic payouts reach?
Automatic payouts can reach affiliate Stripe accounts registered in 34 countries (the UK, US, Canada, Switzerland and the EEA), and only for commissions tracked in GBP, USD or EUR. Anything outside either list stays approved, so you can pay it yourself.
