2. Ambassador Responsibilities

2.1 Content Creation: Ambassador agrees to create and publish:

2.4 Exclusivity: During the term of this Agreement, Ambassador agrees NOT to:

• Disparage Company or its products
• Enter ambassador agreements with competitors listed in Exhibit B

3. Compensation
