What is the Scale plan?
Scale is LinkJolt’s plan for high-volume affiliate programs. It is a flat $249 per month with no cap on the monthly affiliate sales we track, and it includes every Ultimate feature. It suits merchants whose affiliate-driven sales run beyond the $50,000 per month covered by the Ultimate plan.
Does LinkJolt take a percentage of my sales?
No. LinkJolt is a flat monthly fee with 0% transaction fees on every plan, including Scale. We never take a cut of your revenue or your affiliate commissions. Some high-volume platforms charge between 2.5% and 15% of partner sales, which at $1,000,000 a month can run into tens of thousands of dollars. Scale stays flat at $249 per month.
Is there a limit on how much we can track on Scale?
No. Scale removes the monthly tracked-sales limit entirely. Starter covers up to $5,000 a month, Professional up to $25,000, and Ultimate up to $50,000. Scale is unlimited, so your affiliate conversions keep tracking no matter the volume.
What is included in Scale?
Scale includes everything in the Ultimate plan: unlimited campaigns and affiliates, the Developer API with read and write access, staff seats, the Discovery Marketplace, recurring commissions, and priority support. Scale adds two things Ultimate does not have: no monthly tracked-sales cap, and Affiliate Teams for organizing affiliates into rosters with custom commission rates and performance bonuses.
What is Affiliate Teams?
Affiliate Teams is a Scale-exclusive tool for grouping your affiliates into reusable rosters and assigning them to one or many campaigns. Each team can have its own base commission rate, a leader, and per-member rate overrides, so a large network of affiliates, agencies, or influencer groups gets consistent, manageable commissions instead of one-off rates for every individual.
How do team targets and bonuses work?
You set a revenue or sales target for a team, either monthly or one-time, with a bonus pool that is a fixed amount, tied to milestones, or a percentage of revenue past the target. When the team hits its target, the pool splits equally among members or by each member’s contribution to the total.
Do team bonuses pay out automatically?
No. Bonuses never pay automatically. Once a target period closes, LinkJolt calculates the payout and places it in a review queue. You approve it, or decline an individual award, before anything is paid out through Stripe Connect or your CSV export.
Can I track sales without giving LinkJolt access to my Stripe?
Yes. You can record conversions with a tracking script on your thank-you page or send them through our Developer API, in addition to the standard webhook setup. You keep full control of your own Stripe or other payment processor, and LinkJolt only records the conversion data.
Can I create affiliates and get their tracking links through the API?
Yes. On Scale you can create affiliates programmatically with the Developer API and get the tracking link for each one back in the same call, with no manual invite or sign-up. This lets you onboard affiliates in bulk or build the affiliate experience directly into your own product. API-created affiliates are tracked and earn commissions normally, and you pay them through your own system or our CSV export.
