Everything the other platform knows about who your affiliates are and how to pay them, read once and checked before it is written.
Name and email for each affiliate. Approved or active affiliates arrive approved; pending ones, and any status the importer does not recognise, wait for your approval; anyone the old platform marked disabled, denied, suspicious or rejected is skipped and listed with the reason.
Where the old platform holds a PayPal or Wise email for an affiliate, it comes across as their payout email, ready for the PayPal and Wise CSV export.
Each affiliate's old link handle is kept. With the LinkJolt script on your site, a visit arriving with ?via=, ?fpr= or ?ref= is credited to the affiliate who owns that handle.
The review shows who will be created, who is already here, who is skipped and why. Nothing is created until you approve it, and the import is read again fresh when you do.
Re-running an import recognises everyone already on your program and never duplicates them. A rejected affiliate stays rejected, and an email that already has a LinkJolt affiliate account outside your program is never attached: invite them instead.
When the import finishes, download a CSV that lists every affiliate created, added, already here, skipped or not imported, with the old link handle and payout email for each one created.

The import keeps each affiliate's link handle (their first one, where they had several). When a visitor lands on a page of your site that loads the LinkJolt tracking script, with one of these parameters and no LinkJolt link, the script looks the handle up and credits the affiliate who owns it:

Past clicks, sales and commissions stay on the old platform. Export them there before you close it if you need a record.
Codes are not imported. Register the codes your affiliates already share on the Coupons page so sales made with them are credited to the right affiliate.
Imported affiliates start without a LinkJolt login and get no email from the import, and Stripe payout accounts do not carry over. Pay them from the PayPal or Wise CSV export with the payout email that came across.
