Do I need to pay anything to become an affiliate?
No! Joining as an affiliate is completely free. There are no subscription fees, setup costs, or hidden charges. You only earn commissions when you successfully refer customers.
How do I get paid?
Each program you promote decides how it pays you: Stripe, PayPal or Wise. Your Payment tab, under Settings, shows only the methods your programs accept. Stripe payouts reach affiliates in the US, the UK, the EEA, Canada and Switzerland, for commissions in GBP, USD or EUR; connect Stripe there to receive them. To be paid by PayPal or Wise instead, click Add Payment Email on the same tab, choose PayPal account or Wise account, and enter the email on that account. The program sends those payments itself.
When do I receive my commissions?
Each program sets its own timing. A program with automatic payouts queues each approved commission for about a day and sends it on the next daily run, so allow a day or two (longer if the program pays from a bank account). Programs that pay by hand, including by PayPal or Wise, pay on their own schedule.
How long does my tracking link last?
Our tracking cookies last for 30 days. This means if someone clicks your link and purchases within 30 days, you'll get credit for that sale. We use both cookies and localStorage for maximum reliability.
What commission rates can I expect?
Commission rates vary by merchant and campaign. Typically, SaaS affiliate programs offer 10-30% recurring commissions. Each campaign displays its commission structure before you apply.
Can I promote multiple campaigns?
Absolutely! You can apply to and promote as many campaigns as you want. There are no limits on the number of campaigns you can join or the products you can promote.
Do I need a website to be an affiliate?
No, a website is not required. You can promote through social media, email newsletters, YouTube, podcasts, or any platform where you have an audience. Just specify your promotion method when applying.
Are there any platform fees?
No. LinkJolt takes 0% of your commissions and charges affiliates nothing. The program pays any processing fee on its side. If a payout reaches you in a currency other than your account's, Stripe, PayPal or Wise may charge you to convert it.
How do I track my earnings?
Your affiliate dashboard shows real-time analytics including clicks, conversions, earnings, and payment status. You can view performance by campaign, date range, and other metrics.
What happens if a customer refunds?
If a customer requests a refund, the associated commission will be reversed. This is standard practice to prevent fraud and ensure fair compensation based on actual sales.
