4. Content Approval Process

6. Usage Rights

7. Exclusivity

8. Representations and Warranties

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential:

  • Compensation terms
  • Non-public business information
  • Any information marked confidential

10. Termination

10.1 Termination for Convenience: Either party may terminate with [NOTICE_DAYS] days written notice. Influencer will be paid for work completed.

10.2 Termination for Cause: Either party may terminate immediately if the other:

  • Materially breaches this Agreement
  • Engages in conduct damaging to the other's reputation

11. Limitation of Liability

12. General Terms

12.1 Independent Contractor: Influencer is an independent contractor, not an employee.

12.2 Taxes: Influencer is responsible for all applicable taxes.

12.3 Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of [GOVERNING_LAW].
