Lemon Squeezy handles your checkout, subscriptions and merchant-of-record obligations, and it fires a webhook for every order. What it does not include is the affiliate layer: partner accounts, tracking links, commission rules, fraud checks and payouts. That is what LinkJolt adds on top, using the order_created webhook as the source of truth.

Server-side, through the order_created webhook. You add one webhook URL in Lemon Squeezy under Settings and Webhooks, and save the same signing secret in LinkJolt. Because attribution is confirmed by the webhook rather than the browser, ad blockers and cleared cookies cannot lose a sale.
No. The LinkJolt tracking script detects Lemon Squeezy checkout links on your pages and attaches the affiliate attribution automatically, so your existing buy buttons keep working as they are.
Nothing is recorded. LinkJolt verifies every incoming Lemon Squeezy webhook against the secret you saved, and rejects events that do not match. If your sales are not appearing, a missing or mismatched secret is the first thing to check in Settings and Payment Providers.
Yes. Recurring commissions are configurable per campaign, so the original affiliate can be paid on renewals as well as the first payment, with a cap by number of months or number of payments if you want one.
Two ways. Automated payouts run through Stripe Connect: your saved card funds the payout and Stripe transfers each affiliate their share, reaching the US, UK, EEA, Canada and Switzerland. For affiliates elsewhere, export a mass-payout CSV for PayPal or Wise.
