Install WordPress Plugin
Download the LinkJolt Tracking plugin ZIP from your Integration Hub. In WordPress, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin and install it.
Configure Merchant ID
In WordPress, go to Settings > LinkJolt Tracking. Paste your Merchant ID from the LinkJolt Integration Hub. The plugin starts reading tracking cookies automatically.
Set Up Stripe Webhook
Add the LinkJolt webhook URL in your Stripe dashboard under Developers > Webhooks. This receives payment events for conversion tracking.
Invite Affiliates
Send email invitations or create public signup links. Affiliates get unique tracking links and start promoting your WooCommerce store immediately.
Plugin Installation Guide
Integration Hub > WooCommerce > Download Plugin
1. Log in to your LinkJolt dashboard 2. Go to Integration Hub > WooCommerce tab 3. Click "Download WordPress Plugin" 4. In WordPress: Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin 5. Select the linkjolt-tracking.zip file 6. Click "Install Now" then "Activate"

Note: Requires WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway plugin. Server-side tracking means conversions are tracked even with ad blockers. Other payment gateways (PayPal, Square, etc.) are not currently supported for automatic server-side tracking.

Does this work with all WooCommerce payment gateways?
The LinkJolt WordPress plugin works specifically with the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway plugin. It injects tracking data into Stripe PaymentIntent metadata for server-side conversion tracking. Other payment gateways (PayPal, Square, etc.) are not currently supported for automatic tracking.
How is this different from JavaScript-based tracking?
The WordPress plugin reads tracking cookies server-side (PHP) and injects them into Stripe payment metadata. This means conversions are tracked even if the customer has an ad blocker, closes the browser, or has JavaScript disabled. It is significantly more reliable than client-side tracking.
What WordPress version do I need?
The plugin requires WordPress 5.8 or higher, WooCommerce 6.0 or higher, and the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway plugin to be installed and active.
How do affiliates get paid?
LinkJolt uses Stripe Connect for automated payouts. Merchants can process individual or bulk payouts with one click. Payments go directly from your Stripe account to affiliates. LinkJolt never holds funds.
Does it work with Stripe Payment Links too?
The WordPress plugin is designed for WooCommerce checkout flows specifically. If you use Stripe Payment Links outside of WooCommerce, the standard LinkJolt JavaScript tracking handles those separately via the tracking script.
Is the WordPress plugin free?
Yes. The LinkJolt WordPress plugin is completely free. You only pay for your LinkJolt subscription plan which starts at $19.99/month. There are no extra fees for the plugin itself.
