Do I need to install a Shopify app?
No. LinkJolt works without a Shopify app. You add a tracking script to your theme.liquid file for click tracking, then either add a conversion tracking call to your thank-you page or use Stripe/Paddle for automatic tracking. This approach is simpler and gives you more control.
What if I use Shopify Payments?
If you use Shopify Payments (not Stripe directly), you'll need to add linkjolt.trackPurchase(amount, {orderId}) to your thank-you page to track conversions. Alternatively, switch to Stripe or Paddle as your payment processor for automatic webhook-based tracking.
How do affiliates get paid?
LinkJolt uses Stripe Connect for payouts. You can process individual affiliate payouts or bulk payouts with one click. Payments go directly from your Stripe account to affiliates - LinkJolt never holds funds.
Can I set different rates per product?
You can create multiple campaigns with different commission rates. Each campaign has a unique tracking code that affiliates use in their links. You can assign specific campaigns to promote specific products or offers.
Does this work with Shopify Plus?
