PartnerStack Pricing 2026: What Is Published, and What Costs Extra

Back to all posts

PartnerStack does not publish its pricing. There are three tiers on the pricing page, Launch, Growth and Enterprise, and not a single dollar figure, percentage or minimum among them. Every tier carries the same call to action: book a demo. Their own page says it plainly: "Pricing is based on your partner program size, feature needs, and level of support. Your final plan and pricing are confirmed during your demo."

So the honest headline answer is that nobody can tell you what PartnerStack costs without going through their sales process. What you can know before that call is a great deal about the fee structure, because PartnerStack publishes the mechanics in its support centre and its contracts even though it withholds the numbers. Three of those published terms cost real money and are rarely mentioned in comparisons. Everything below was read from PartnerStack's own pages on 1 September 2026.

What is published, and what is not

The fee most buyers do not budget for

PartnerStack charges a percentage on top of the commissions your partners earn. Their FAQ confirms it exists: "PartnerStack charges a percentage (known as a PartnerStack fee) on your partner commission invoice total", explained as a way to "scale our support for your program as it grows, and share a mutually aligned incentive".

The rate is not published anywhere. Their answer to what it is: "If you're curious about what your PartnerStack fee is, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or email support@partnerstack.com."

You do see it once you are a customer. Their commission invoices carry three fields: "Fee % applied", "Fee amount applied" and "Total owed". So every customer knows their own rate, but the rate appears to be negotiated per account rather than listed.

Their public contract template confirms the same structure with the number left blank: a monthly fee "in the amount of (as set out in the Order Form) of the Rewards earned by Partners in such month", and a separate line for partners sourced from PartnerStack's own marketplace. Marketplace-sourced partners carry their own rate, which makes sense given the marketplace is the product's main draw.

What to do about it: ask for the fee percentage in writing at the demo, ask separately for the marketplace-sourced rate, and model both against your projected commission volume rather than your subscription. On a program paying out six figures a year, the percentage can exceed the subscription.

The 7% automatic annual increase

This one is published, and it is unusual to find in a public contract. Section 5.2 of the PartnerStack SaaS Agreement:

"The annual subscription fees for any Renewal Term will be subject to a 7% increase over the fees in the immediately preceding period."

Combined with the contract shape, that matters. The agreement runs for an initial term set in your order form and "will automatically renew for successive one-year terms", with 60 days' written notice required to stop it. So the default path is a 7% uplift every year unless you diary the notice window and negotiate.

Over a three-year relationship, a $20,000 first-year contract renews at roughly $21,400 then $22,900 with no change in what you get. Worth raising at the negotiation, because it is a contractual default rather than a law of nature.

The 8.33% monthly fee on unclaimed commissions

From PartnerStack's Partner Terms of Service: administrative fees apply to commission payments not claimed within two years of the client paying them, and "The Administrative Fees shall be 8.33% charged monthly on such unclaimed or uncollected commission payments."

At 8.33% a month, an unclaimed balance is consumed in about a year of accrual. PartnerStack's own help material describes balances reaching zero by year three.

This is charged to the affiliate, not to you, so it will not appear on your invoice. It matters anyway: it is money your partners earned from your program that they do not receive, and if a dormant affiliate notices later, they will raise it with you, not with PartnerStack.

Partner-side withdrawal fees

These are published in full, and they are borne by your affiliates:

  • Stripe: $2.25 plus 0.25%, capped at $20 per payout
  • PayPal: 2%, capped at $20
  • Direct deposit: varies by country, currency and amount

The direct deposit table starts at $1.00 flat for US payouts under $1,000 and climbs steeply outside the US. Australia, Canada, the EU, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore and the UK pay $2.00 plus 0.60% at the smallest band. India is $4.00 plus 1.00%. Kenya and South Africa reach $5.00 plus 3.70%. Where a payout needs a currency conversion, SWIFT transfers carry flat fees from $15 to $30.

Direct deposit is available in a published list of 72 countries, from Argentina to Zambia, with the caveat that "Foreign currency accounts and virtual banks are not supported". PayPal and Stripe remain available elsewhere. One inconsistency in their own documentation: Namibia appears in the fee table but not in the eligible-country list.

The practical read: a smaller affiliate in a high-fee country can lose a meaningful slice of a modest payout. If your program has a long tail of international partners earning small amounts, model that.

What the tiers actually gate

Since pricing is hidden, the feature list is the only public signal of where the tier boundaries fall.

Launch covers "affiliate link tracking or lead/deal registration", marketplace access, their AI and MCP connector, partner payments, onboarding and enablement tools, and CRM integrations.

Growth adds advanced integrations support, a learning management solution, partner challenges and incentives, market development funds management, and advanced partner segmentation.

Enterprise adds "Full access to link tracking, lead, and deal registration", custom workflows and integrations, strategic customer success and priority support.

Read the first and last carefully. Launch offers link tracking or lead and deal registration; Enterprise offers full access to both. If you plan to run an affiliate motion alongside a referral or reseller motion, that distinction is worth pinning down explicitly at the demo, because on the published wording it is an Enterprise capability.

Two things their FAQ does rule out as metering dimensions: partner count ("No. We don't want to limit your program potential") and internal users ("No. You can invite as many internal users as you need").

Integrations

Billing and subscriptions: Stripe, Chargebee, Recurly. CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive. Plus Slack, Google Sheets, Zendesk, Crossbeam, Workato and others. No Paddle, Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad.

No trial, no published refund

There is no free trial and no published refund policy. The only entry route is a demo, and the contract is an annual subscription invoiced up front, with commission invoices on 7-day terms.

What third parties report, and how much to trust it

Since PartnerStack publishes nothing, buyers reach for third-party numbers. Treat them as reported outcomes, not list prices.

The most credible is Vendr, a procurement platform reporting anonymised real contract data, last updated February 2026. It puts the average PartnerStack contract at $19,616 a year across 62 purchases, ranging from $9,186 to $37,770, with an average negotiated saving of 21%.

Other figures circulate in comparison content published by PartnerStack's competitors, including specific fee percentages and setup fees. We found no primary corroboration for any of them, so we are not repeating them. The only percentage PartnerStack confirms is that one exists.

Is PartnerStack worth it?

For an enterprise B2B SaaS with a partnerships team, quite possibly. The marketplace is the strongest partner-recruitment asset in B2B software, and managed payouts across 72 countries with tax handling is real work you are not doing. Nothing on this page is an argument against the product; it is an argument for going into the demo with the right questions.

Take these five:

  1. What is my PartnerStack fee percentage, and what is the separate rate for marketplace-sourced partners?
  2. Can we cap or remove the 7% annual uplift in Section 5.2?
  3. Does Launch really restrict us to either link tracking or deal registration, and what does running both cost?
  4. What is the initial term, and when exactly does the 60-day non-renewal notice window open?
  5. What happens to a partner's unclaimed balance before the 8.33% fee starts, and can we be notified?

If you are earlier than that, the honest answer is that PartnerStack is probably heavier than you need. Self-serve tools publish their pricing, start between $19 and $89 a month, and let you launch this week. The best affiliate marketing platforms comparison covers twelve of them with verified figures, and the PartnerStack alternatives page narrows it to the closest five.

Full disclosure: we build LinkJolt, one of those self-serve tools. We publish our pricing at $19.99, $39.99, $79.99 and $249 a month with 0% on affiliate revenue, and we are not an alternative to PartnerStack for a company that needs a reseller channel and a partner marketplace. Different products for different stages.
